The Food Network is Rigged

I am seriously tired of Bobby @#$%!&# Flay. He appears regularly in two cooking competition shows on The Food Network, Iron Chef America and Throwdown! With Bobby Flay. And he always freaking wins. Always. Iron Chef is one thing – at least the “secret ingredient” of each show is random and the judges generally lean towards all of the Iron Chefs over the challengers. But in Throwdown! he goes up against opponents who are among the most respected specialists at a particular dish or technique. Then he brings in his own judges to tell him that he’s the winner. He went up against a famous, award winning, Las Vegas bartender and won. HE’S A FREAKING CHEF. He went up against a chef who basically cooks nothing but clam chowder AND BEAT HIM AT MAKING CLAM CHOWDER.

You don’t understand – this man is eating my brain. I need to see Bobby Flay lose just to know there is still some sanity left in the world.
