My sources, who I'm under no legal obligation to reveal to you (it was Groklaw), tell me that Apple v Does has been decided in Appeals Court. Bloggers are now recognized as legitimate journalists with the right to protect their sources. The ruling can be found here. This is a big victory as our legal system begins to catch up to the needs of an online society.
